How can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel an order as long as the seller hasn’t shipped it yet. If it’s been longer than a day and no shipping information has been provided, you can contact the seller and ask them if they can cancel your order for you.

How can I check my order status?

You can follow your package online all the way to your shipping address when the seller uploads tracking information. Click here to check your order status.

When can I expect a refund for my returned item?

When you purchase an item on UlistU.S. via PayPal, you have the option to request a refund. The refund request must be made within 60 days of purchase. If the seller does not agree to refund your money, you may be able to open a dispute. For purchases made with your credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account. If you bought the item using your bank account or PayPal balance, the balance will be credited to your PayPal account. Funds can take three to five days to arrive in your account.

Resetting your password is easy, simply follow the instructions on the lost password page to recover your password or create a new one.
