You ListU.S. is a U.S. based marketplace where You’ll find Books, Bags, Clothing, Jewellery, Handmade Craft and much much more.
You can request to cancel an order as long as the seller hasn’t shipped it yet. If it’s been longer than a day and no shipping information has been provided, you can contact the seller and ask them if they can cancel your order for you.
When you purchase an item on UlistU.S. via PayPal, you have the option to request a refund. The refund request must be made within 60 days of purchase. If the seller does not agree to refund your money, you may be able to open a dispute. For purchases made with your credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account. If you bought the item using your bank account or PayPal balance, the balance will be credited to your PayPal account. Funds can take three to five days to arrive in your account.
You can follow your package online all the way to your shipping address when the seller uploads tracking information.
